What are with all these terribly written titles. Not sure if man was forcing the city to mow his lawn or if he didnt have to mow it.
I often add in the subtitle into the post title as a result

That has no bearing on the mess of a headline.
My mother lived in a town and did not much to the garden. 1st year the neighborhood was indignified. 2nd year they openly critizised it. The 3rd year they gathered around the fence pointing out to each other the flowers and plants they had not seen in the wild in many years.
$2.46 million in damages?? Man’s out here seeking $1 for every overgrown blade of grass on his lawn.
It was violation of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, so I’m sure that played into it.
Edit: plus 4 years of legal fees
Self represented though so it cost the city a lot more than him.
