Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty revealed her office’s creation of the Transparency and Accountability Project in a statement on Monday. Per the announcement, TAP allows users to submit photos and videos “of potentially unlawful behavior by federal agents.”
“TAP’s purpose is to collect and assess evidence submitted by the public of potentially unlawful behavior by federal agents,” Moriarty said.
She reported that her office and TAP are investigating 17 incidents that occurred during the DHS operations in Minneapolis, including one focused on former field commander Gregory Bovino.
“We will investigate and pursue charging where appropriate,” Moriarty said. “Make no mistake, we are not afraid of any legal fight. But we will do this ethically, responsibly, and vigorously. This is just the beginning.”

Start with the murders of citizens on video. Then move on to breaking and entering by people without warrants. Followed by battery charges against peaceful protesters.
There’s nothing stopping states from arresting federal employees for state charges and holding them without bail until their trials run their course.
Just saying
Another important fact is that the President cannot pardon State charges or convictions (a future governor may be able to, not sure about MN law).
Minnesota again showing how awesome they are. They are heroes.
Yay :3
Gregory Bovino makes sense if Abercrombie & Fitch made a Tactical Teenager clothing brand offshoot and needed a good actor to pose in photos as the grizzly old quasi-drill sergeant guy in the ad media, except washed out from too much coke and unable to be around other people without yelling at them or trying to hurt them even when he is getting paid to be around people.

That’s so accurate. I especially appreciate the metaphor for the use of Abercrombie and Fitch, a Lex Wexner brand.
