The helmet is in a Berlin museum though. I’m not seeing any information on the wikimedia pages that it is from England.

That’s called an aventail (the chain mail curtain) and the helmet is a bascinet. Like the other commenter said, this is in the German Historical Museum. It’s the picture on wikipedia for aventails.
